About MUELLA

The name MUELLA was derived from a street in Venice  - Salizada San SaMUELe, where we have a family home. This residential street behind the square of San Lorenzo in the San Marco district holds so many happy memories and moments of creativity. Surrounded by Art, Photographers, Antiques and Home furnishings - it is the perfect place to design and oh it is a famous route through to the Palazzo Grassi Art Gallery. So with so many moments of artistic contemplation, and happy memories the name MUELLA was founded. 

Everything I create is from the heart. I love photography and its amazing ability to capture that unique moment in time; a time that can soon pass and not be seen by anyone else. I always shoot in black and white - why? It began with a love of black and white films, a step back to the old days and I adored how the films seemed so much more atmospheric. I then bought a subscription to the B&W Photography magazine over 15 years ago actually, and through that met a fine art photographer who was to shape my photographic world. For me now, seeing B&W photography on the wall with the different tones, textures and depth - is true beauty.

I have thousands of photographs in my portfolio but MUELLA is about sharing a selection that I feel add to the stylish home. 

They are all black & white - with the occasional natural tone to complement neutral interiors. 

Photographs are supplied framed.

Each print size quoted is inclusive of a 5cm border and are signed.
